
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. We stand by our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. While all sales are final, we will always do our best to address concerns fairly and reasonably.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders (including pre-orders) may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Pre-orders are final after 24 hours and cannot be canceled.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

2. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for change of mind.

Refunds and returns are only considered in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Include a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.

We may request proof that the product has been used.

If approved, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
