This website is owned and operated by Sharon Brooke Uy. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sharon Brooke Uy. These Terms govern your use of our Site and the purchase of any products offered here. By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payments through PayPal, credit/debit cards.

  • Orders are processed once payment is received. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you via email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Pre-Orders

  • If an item is marked as a pre-order, payment is collected at checkout.

  • Estimated shipping time for pre-orders is by the end of April, but this may be subject to change.

  • If any delays occur, we will notify you via email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated, such as for pre-orders).

  • We ship via USPS. Domestic orders have a flat shipping rate of $10, and international shipping rates vary.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by their country.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, images, branding, and product designs—is the exclusive property of Sharon Brooke Uy and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
